The conventional attendance schedule in the weekdays is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
On saturdays the support service is held from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the channels (mobile, email and whatsapp).
From monday to friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except holidays.
